Action Centre is a Melbourne based business coaching company founded by partners Brett Burden, Keith Collins and Michael Rady. Action Centre assists owners of small to medium sized enterprises on a range of areas that enables them to expand their businesses. These areas include finance, operations, leadership, sales and marketing.

With an accumulated knowledge of 40 years in business coaching we have won a stream of awards in the Asia Pacific Region.

We are a subsidiary of the Centre Of Influence Australia Pty Ltd, provider of a range of specialist business advisors from disciplines such as accounting, law, information technology and more, all available to our clients.

Action Centre is also affiliated with the global organisation, Action Coach Pty Ltd that gives our clients a gateway to business diagnostics, training tools, local events and international conferences.

Our team have won the 2017 Firm of the Year Award at the ActionCOACH Global conference, as well as both the 2017 and 2016 Best Client Results in the Asia Pacific Region. We are a four time winner of this award, having previously won the Best Client Results in 2010 and 2008.

Although our client’s success is ultimately our greatest reward, Senior Coach, Keith Collins was humbly inducted into the 2007 Hall of Fame for Business Coaching.

Brett’s involvement in business coaching and business education spans over 3 decades and over that time has created hundreds of business success stories for his clients. Some recent coaching stories include helping a start up building company grow from nothing to become a BRW Fast Starter within 12 months. Assisting a Melbourne Commercial Kitchen organisation increase their profits from $AUD64K to $AUD900+K the following year. Brett Burden is no stranger to small to medium size business challenges across sectors such as civil and commercial trades. He has worked with an existing 30 year old Trade Services business to see revenue grow and experience a 25% profit growth year-on-year for the past three years. More excitingly the Business owner was able spend less time at work and far more time with his young family holidaying. Keith is a well grounded business builder with a sharp sense of commercial reality. From his early beginnings in his family’s hospitality business he was able to develop his skills practically and at business school to start his own organisation. He founded a home services company that provided many services such as commercial painting, maintenance, tree removal and landscaping. He sought the assistance of a coach to accelerate his undertaking and found himself advising, mentoring and assisting other business owners in his professional circle on a range of business strategies. After selling his services company he made the natural transition into what has now been over 15 years in mentoring and coaching other business owners. He is a key partner of the Centre of Influence Asia Pacific Pty Ltd alongside Brett Burden and Michael Rady.

Keith Collins

Michael Rady

Michael initially worked in the corporate sector for over 15 years before embarking on a journey to acquire and build other companies. He developed MA Agencies, a manufacturers agency in the 1990s which was highly successful, before moving on to found Utilities Management Group. This organisation involved consulting to all levels of Government and major corporations, and it was soon sold to an even larger organisation Sirius Ltd. Michael went on into property development and was also a joint partner in a hospitality training organisation training members on areas such as sales and other business fundamentals. He is a well established business coach of over 12 years and is a key partner with Brett Burden and Keith Collins in the Centre of Influence Pty Ltd.

Katherine is a Business Coaching Wonder Woman who owns a passive service based business with 38 staff and a healthy six figure annual turnover, as well as her own marketing firm with a team of 12 catering to the building and construction industry. Throughout her early career Katherine found herself being called on to share her real life business experience to help others grow, learn new tools and better manage their business. She is renowned for her down-to-earth, genuineness and attentiveness and is a “black belt” facilitator for corporations and franchise networks such as the Jim’s Franchise. Additionally, Katherine is a regular contributing author to 2 major business magazines and maintains her role as a lead marketing trainer for Housing Industry Association of Australia (HIA) - a relationship she has enjoyed for over 9 years. She is multi-award winning business coach, winning the Best Client Results Globally, the Best Client Results in the Asia Pacific Region, and Runner-Up Franchise Woman of the Year. Katherine brings to her clients solid business management, long term results and a clear path to a sustainable future.
