"I felt after 10+ years that the business had become stagnant, and I knew I wanted to take the next step but thought that as a plumber I'd taken the business as far as I could.

Prior to joining Action Centre, Marketing was one of the biggest areas missing from our business. We had no real Marketing Plan, or marketing initiatives, and now we have both. We do letterbox drops, google adwords, social media and we implement a marketing initiative each month, then we test and measure and continue with what is successful.

We feel now we are learning to plan better, and learning to be more consistent. So instead of the business being up and down, we are growing at the right pace in the right way.
